Kurt Johansson joins Copenhagen Championship Wrestling as commentator

Friend of WrestleMap and international pro wrestling podcaster Kurt Johansson has been named as a new commentator for Copenhagen Championship Wrestling in Denmark! Kurt has been covering pro wrestling internationally with his podcast The Kurt Johansson Show for the last few years and has conducted interviews with pro wrestlers across Europe and Asia, doing exceptional work on the Scandinavian scene in particular. That familiarity and experience should go a long way now as Kurt will step in to the commentary booth for the Danish company.

CCW has been quiet since November 2021 in terms of live wrestling events, mostly due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the Copenhagen-based company has recently sprung to life on social media, promising “exciting things” and a “huge debut” at a future event. We’ll keep an eye on what CCW has up their sleeves and do our best to keep you updated.
