The unique backdrop of a pro wrestling show at a water park paired with this momentous first of its kind wrestling tournament being held in Pakistan should certainly leave the Karachi fans with a pro wrestling event that they will not soon forget.

The upcoming third season of live events are set to be Ring of Pakistan’s first in ring action since 2019.

Summer Smash had been delayed multiple times earlier in the summer due to the rainy season wreaking havoc on the Karachi area. But once REW was able to get back into the ring, they picked up right where they had left off back in March at the Huge Pakistan Clash, drawing another good sized supportive crowd.

Naveed Raza is currently one of the lead actors on the popular Pakistani horror drama television program Saaya that airs on Geo Entertainment. Raza will play his character Talal at the event in his role as special guest referee.

Recently, coverage has picked up in the Karachi area on Revolution Eastern Wrestling Eastern Champion The Kovu Brandon. The focus around Kovu at this point has a lot to do with his day job. Kovu currently works as an employee of the judiciary in Karachi.

“The Ironman” Talha Ali is recognized as being the first martial artist pro wrestler in the young history of Pakistan’s pro wrestling scene. He is currently wrestling for Revolution Eastern Wrestling and is a member of the powerful heel faction Traitorx along with Xekay, Sohail Khilari, Sahil G, and Nawab.

Let’s take a look back to late March of this year, March 23rd to be exact. On that date, Karachi, Pakistan was the host to a big outdoor pro wrestling event held by Revolution Eastern Wrestling. Regular readers of WrestleMap are likely familiar with REW, the Pakistani company that seems to always be making moves to expand their brand both in their home country and abroad.

Jibran Khan has defeated Abdullah Khawaja in the main event of Wrestling Revolution Global’s Championship Muqabla event from this past Sunday. With the victory, Jibran Khan remains undefeated in the squared circle and has been crowned as WRG’s first champion.

This Sunday, March 6th, Wrestling Revolution Global will be back in action in Lahore, Pakistan for a major outdoor event. The show is set to take place in the velodrome outside of Gadafi Stadium, the large cricket stadium with a capacity of 27,000 that is the home to the national cricket team of Pakistan.

While Revolution Eastern Wrestling has kept busy in the ring outside of Pakistan and has been in the ring in Pakistan on the TV screen, the company hasn’t had an opportunity hold a live event in their home base of Karachi since March of 2021. That all changed this past Saturday as REW presented their first ever WrestleMax from the Atrium Mall.

It’s been a while since we checked in with Revolution Eastern Wrestling out of Karachi, Pakistan and their historic first weekly pro wrestling television program in Pakistan, Venus War.

Without further ado, let’s take a look back at the last few weeks of REW TV starting with episode 4.

Current REW World Heavyweight Champion, and also holder of the REW Indian and REW Eastern Championship titles, Jordan Hurr has been presented with the Pride of Pakistan Award at the 2021 GFS Builders & Developers Awards.
